Tried the drops for the first time . It does indeed help you enter a cone receptive state . The burn I chose was medium. I can honestly say the burn was more mild . Soap in the eye feels worse . I will try a stronger dose next time . Definitely love these!

I'm am first nations peoples am grateful that I get to work with many different medicines and this one is one of my favorites, its so intense and quick about 15 min for a proper ceremony with mindful intentions, but the power stays with you weeks. I appreciate this offering. This is this best quality Sananga I have tryed and bottled in glass not plastics top tier! Get the strong and go big. Diluted if you wish but I would just go with a strong bc its ment to be medicine not always comfortable. You will get more out of it doing it strong you must submit and let go it's the whole point to evolve. 💨💨💨
This product is exceptional and a welcome change from a more powerful Sananga that I got from a different apothecary. This medicine teaches one to channel the calm within to find calm, peace, and serenity through a somewhat difficult and sometimes painful experience. I have been working with the xtra mild sanaga since spring of this year. Intention of using it daily for one month straight, then taking a week break. Then use it again, week break, so on and so forth. Now, I use maybe weekly as I feel I have established a relationship with sanaga. Over time, I have experienced a growth of CEV (closed eye visuals) both during the day and before bed/in times of meditation. I have also noticed that it has opened up my internal vision during use of plant medicines.
I love the xtra mild and is a great start for beginners who want to truly establish a relationship. Soon, I will venture up the scale- bur very content with this.
These beautiful drops assist me with deaper calmness and focus. I used them for a month. Floaters in my eyes seemed to get wors. Patience and consistency thought me that they have been dying off slowly, even weeks after I stopped taking the drops. My vision improved . I am grateful for this product and love the people providing it all for us. They really have big hearts!
Don't normally do reviews, but it's only fair when coming to a hand-crafted product like this. Been using Sananga for about a decade, periodically, maybe once every month.... sometimes more. I've tried a few different distributors, SpiritVisions brand easily being the best. I purchased the X-Strength, and honestly, I would be interested in trying a XX-Strength bottle, but that may just be my inherent Indo-European Aryan characteristic to excess coming thru. As a climbing arborist by trade I've had all kinds of things accidentally get into my eyes, the worst being the latex of a Pencil Cactus (Euphorbia tirucalli). Nothing ever hurt as much as that. I thought I would go blind. Sananga hurts like anything, but you can sense it's not going to blind you while experiencing it. An entirely different animal all together. With this 'SpiritVisions' Sananga, it has an unusual calming and soothing affect, leaving your mood elevated and mind clear. I don't recommend this, but I had done three trials in 15min. What an experience. I'll reserve doing that again for special occasions. I don't want to cheapen that experience. It was truly one of a kind.

I’ve tried a few different Sananga products over the years, and this is the one I keep coming back to. You can tell it’s made with care and respect for the medicine. Sananga is a traditional plant medicine, and its effects can be subtle at first, especially with the Extra Mild strength, which is intentionally formulated as the gentlest option for beginners and highly sensitive individuals. As explained in the product description, not everyone connects with it immediately, and many practitioners find their experience develops gradually with consistent practice.
Choosing the Extra Mild strength and expecting the same intensity as our stronger varieties is a bit like ordering the mildest hot sauce available and then being disappointed that it isn’t very spicy... or like being upset about not getting drunk off of 1oz of beer. The gentler strengths are intentionally designed to provide a softer introduction, while the stronger varieties offer a more intense experience, and undiluted potency, for those who are ready for them.
It also appears that you did not follow the included on the page where you purchased, since your review was posted only about a week after you received the product. The instructions recommend working with Sananga consistently for at least 30 days, since you have to learn how to work with the medicine to get the full benefits - while learning to relax into the experience rather than focusing only on the initial sting.

I somehow missed that my computer automatically the incorrect shipping address when I placed my order. I immediately realized what happened and emailed customer service and asked if they'd update my shipping address. They responded within minutes and said they would gladly update it. And yes, it was updated as they said and arrived at the correct address.

This is the first time I ever tried anything like this. It's an amazing experience. I was a little surprised at the burning in my eyes. I had expected it, but feeling it was a little intense. I breathed through it, meditated, just let it wash over me. And I'm not sure I could describe how good I felt afterwards. Lighter. More connected. Serene. It was my first time trying Sananga. I've been intrigued by it for some time, but it finally felt like it called to me. I'm impressed with the quality of this medicine.
I purchased the strong as it seemed what my intuition guided me to choose. The pain is sharp, but not unbearable with the proper breathing. There is an immediate subtle yet potent effect beyond the obvious discomfort of application. I noticed that there was less blur in my vision, but beyond that a calm clarity of thought. It's what I needed.
I'm very grateful for the handwritten note, I found it profoundly touching. It was one of the greatest gifts. I love the new packaging as well, it makes a unique keepsake and container.

Very high quality products as always from Spirit Visions. The medium ended up being too mild for me but I’m happy to share it with ceremony participants who are less experienced with sananga. Next time I think I’ll go xtra strong!
