Awesome packaging. Haven't tried it yet, as I'm trying to quit heavy cigarette smoking under heavy stress. Can't wait to try it. As of now, I'm meditating with it. I can say that the very 1st day I placed the Kanna Hapé on my altar, I went into the hypnagogic state & saw a powerful lion calming strutting towards me through darkness. I highly respect the Grandfather wild tobacco spirit, thus why I'm trying to quit an almost 30 year cigarette smoking habit. Just from my brief experience, I know I'll be back for more. I have been working with the xtra mild sanaga since spring of this year. Intention of using it daily for one month straight, then taking a week break. Then use it again, week break, so on and so forth. Now, I use maybe weekly as I feel I have established a relationship with sanaga. Over time, I have experienced a growth of CEV (closed eye visuals) both during the day and before bed/in times of meditation. I have also noticed that it has opened up my internal vision during use of plant medicines.
I love the xtra mild and is a great start for beginners who want to truly establish a relationship. Soon, I will venture up the scale- bur very content with this.
