We’re truly sorry to hear that you were disappointed. We always do our best to support our customers, and in your case, we responded promptly, offered a detailed explanation, and even extended a courtesy discount beyond our stated policies in hopes of resolving the matter kindly.

Your order was delivered on October 20th, and your first message to us was received a full week later. In that message, you stated that you had been using the applicator for a week before it broke. Our refund and replacement policy — which is available at checkout and on our website — allows a 3-day window after delivery for reporting any issues so that we can promptly evaluate and resolve them. This timeframe is standard across our industry and ensures fairness and quality control for everyone.

We also requested photos and a brief description of how the applicator broke so that we could assess the situation, but we never received either. Without this information, it isn’t possible for us to determine the cause of damage or offer further support. In most cases where a break occurs after several days of regular use, it’s typically the result of accidental mishandling — a bump or drop on a hard floor can cause a natural tree glue holding the two pieces together, to break. Our applicators are hand-crafted natural pieces — beautiful but somewhat delicate, much like a glass or ceramic item, and must be handled with care.

Despite this, we still offered a 30% courtesy discount on a replacement applicator as a gesture of goodwill. Unfortunately, less than three minutes after sending us an email asking if we could “meet in the middle,” you also submitted a 1-star review. That timing suggested to us that your intention may not have been to find a fair resolution but rather to express frustration publicly while still requesting additional compensation privately.

We respect all feedback and genuinely value our customers, but we also believe that mutual respect and good faith must go both ways. We stand by the fairness of our policies and the integrity of how we handled your concern.
