Beautiful hand made stone tepi. Each of these has a spirit animal totem carved across the entire piece.

Made from Machu Picchu serpentine.

The animals and sumbolism on each Tepi:

  • Snake- a powerful symbol of transformation and regeneration. It has been revered worldwide as an emblem of life force, representing the potential to heal from within and emerge stronger than before. It represents rebirth, Guidance in spiritual journeys, healing, and inner power and self-confidence.
  • Jaguar/ Puma- God of Strength - represents the Earth and Body, and our connection with the Physical realm. Also, our connection to mother earth and this physical 3D reality. Symbol of strength, protection, and the power of Love.
  • Condor- God of Peace - represents the Sky and Soul, and our connection to the Spirit realm. Condor is the powerful South American bird totem. It allows the Condor to fly to the heavens to deliver messages to God - the bridge between Heaven and Earth.

About the artist

Each of these pieces is crafted with a lot of care by our Brother Norden of the Quechua tribe, from Cusco, Peru. Norden makes these works of art in order that he may share these traditions, and support his wife and young daughter. Infused with deep ancestral connection and reverence, each piece carries the spirit of the Quechua people and the wisdom of the ancients.

Norden harvests these sacred materials from the lands surrounding revered sites such as Machu Picchu, Tambomachay, Qenqo, Puka Pukara, and Sacsayhuaman—places where his ancestors once prayed and sought guidance. Before crafting each applicator, he offers blessings at these sacred ruins, ensuring that every piece is imbued with the energy, strength, and healing wisdom of the ancients. When you use one of these kuripes, you’re not just holding a tool—you’re connecting to centuries of Andean tradition, power, and sacred knowledge.

🖐️ Handmade & One-of-a-Kind
Each applicator is handmade using traditional methods. While the overall design is consistent, every piece is one-of-a-kind and may vary slightly in color, size, markings, geometry, or airflow. These subtle differences do not affect function and are part of the item’s authentic character. If you’d like to choose your exact piece, email us before ordering at info@spiritvisions.us.
⚠️ Warranty & Care Guidelines
Please inspect your applicator immediately upon delivery. Any damage must be reported within 3 days of tracking showing “delivered.” Due to their handmade nature, these tools are not eligible for replacement or refund if breakage is reported after this window.
Care Tips - Sacred tools require mindful attention
  • Handle with care — avoid dropping, impact, pressure, or twisting (stone, wood, and resin may crack).
  • Wipe exterior with light alcohol. Do not soak, use harsh chemicals, or water.
  • For internal cleaning, use a Q-tip with alcohol.
  • Store away from sunlight. Use a padded pouch or secure case during travel.
🌀 The Energetics of Breakage
In many traditional lineages, applicators are not just physical tools — they are energetic conduits for carrying, transmuting, and releasing emotional and spiritual energy. If an applicator breaks unexpectedly, it may signify completion: the tool may have absorbed dense energy, fulfilled its healing role, or shielded you in ways unseen. Breakage, in this light, is not a defect — it’s a message. A transition. A release.
Treat these sacred tools with reverence. As with the medicines themselves, they carry wisdom meant to be experienced.
