Placed an order for the first time with Spirit Visions. I must have ordered at the wrong time because it took them longer to ship than what the reviews indicated (think it took 4 or 5 days before they shipped). When I received the package it was cutely packed with a nice handwritten message, but was also missing one of the sets that I had ordered. Since I purchased between sales, it was a fairly expensive set and it was the whole reason I originally placed the order. I contacted Spirit Visions via an email they had sent asking about my purchase and someone immediately engaged with me but then stopped responding. I reached out again via their contact form on the web and the same individual I had been in contact with the first time eventually responded to let me know they were looking into it. No apologies and I felt like I had done something wrong by reaching out again. About a week or so later I finally received the missing items through. No nice note or apology or free samples and the missing items (eye drops) caused sharp, burning pain and redness in my eyes that lasted for almost a day. Overall not a pleasant experience and the universe was probably telling me that those drops were not for me.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience — and I’m truly sorry that your first order with us didn’t feel smooth or supported. That was never our intention, and I appreciate your patience while we worked through everything behind the scenes.
To give clarity for anyone reading: your order was placed very early on a Saturday morning during our busiest time of year. We don’t ship on weekends, but your order was packaged and scanned in by USPS first thing Monday morning — less than one full business day later. We’re a tiny team (just my sister and I), and we always do our best to ship quickly even during peak seasons.
Regarding the missing item, we responded as soon as your message reached us and immediately began looking into what could have caused the problem. There were only a few hours between our messages that day while we were actively investigating, and we shipped your replacement bottle the very next day. It ultimately turned out to be a rare Shopify system glitch affecting multiple orders at once — something entirely outside of our control — and I continued working with Shopify support for two weeks after your order until the issue was fully identified and resolved.
I’m sorry if any pause in communication felt like we had gone quiet or that you had done something wrong — you absolutely had not. During that time, we were juggling customer service, packing over 100 orders a day, and troubleshooting the system error behind your issue. We normally include a small gift whenever a mistake affects a customer, and missing that step was simply my oversight in the middle of everything — not a reflection of how much we value you.
As for the sananga eye drops, their strong initial burning sensation and brief redness are normal effects of the medicine, especially for first-time users. They can also be diluted with a bit of filtered water to make them gentler. Still, I completely understand how unexpected and intense that first experience can be.
Elizabeth, we truly appreciate you and the grace you showed throughout this. We care deeply about our customers, and we’re always learning and improving as we grow. If you decide to give us another try, we would love the opportunity to give you a much better experience.
