Refund Policy
Return Window & Initial Contact
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
If there’s any issue with your order, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving it, including photos and a description of any damage, defect, or missing items. Reasonable proof may be accepted for delayed claims.

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Returns must be carefully packaged; damaged or incomplete returns are not refundable.
- You must include proof of purchase.
- Opened consumables are not returnable, except 1/8 fl.oz. (3ml) Hapé bottles - As covered under our Money-Back Guarantee (see full policy for details)
The following items are non-returnable and all sales are final:
- Sananga drops, Ayawaska drops, Ambil, tinctures, mouthwash, energy powder, any liquid product, or any product requiring refrigeration.
- Consumables over 99 grams, or any opened medicinal product.
- Custom, pre-order, personalized items, and Spirit Visions branded items (clothing etc.).
- Used pipes or applicators.
- All orders where any Special or promo code is used
- Sale items, discounted products, shipping insurance, or gift cards.
Restocking & Shipping Fees
All accepted returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee (based on total order value before discounts).
If your order received free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise approved.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send a prepaid label (cost deducted from your refund) and instructions for shipping. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds requested after an order has already been packed or handled are still subject to the 20% restocking fee to cover labor, materials, and custom packaging costs.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Inspect your package immediately upon delivery.
If any item is damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 3 days and include photos of the packaging and contents so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return it following the above steps, and then place a new order for your desired product.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if it’s approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (processing times vary by bank).
Shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable.
Violation of any section of our Terms of Service (especially Sections 20–25) may void eligibility for refunds or returns at our discretion.
Chargebacks & Reviews
If you file a chargeback or dispute without contacting us first, you automatically forfeit your right to any warranty, return, or refund. Spirit Visions reserves the right to discontinue service to any customer who does so.
Leaving negative reviews, comments, or media before giving us the chance to resolve an issue, shows bad faith and voids eligibility for refunds or exchanges. We’re always willing to make things right — please reach out first. Once service is complete, you’re welcome to update or share your honest review.
