General Information

All orders ship from Texas, U.S.A. and include tracking numbers.

We ship Monday–Friday, excluding holidays and weekends. Orders are fulfilled in the order received. Most orders are shipped within one business day. Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Delivery speeds as fast as overnight are available, but depend on customers selection at checkout. All packages are processed and handed off to the carrier/delivery method selected by the customer at checkout.

Domestic and international orders are processed and handed off to the carrier and delivery method selected at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL: We ship worldwide with UPS (Monday–Friday) and DHL (at LEAST 3x weekly). DHL is recommended for faster, more reliable international delivery.

Liability & Responsibility

Once your order has been shipped, Spirit Visions has fulfilled its obligation and is no longer responsible for the package.

We are not liable for any loss, theft, delay, damage, or return in transit, or any other shipping issues if:

  • You declined or removed shipping insurance at checkout, or
  • Incorrect or incomplete address information was entered.

If you contact us to update your shipping address or any order adjustments, we’ll do our best to assist — but we cannot guarantee changes will be processed before shipment and cannot be held liable in these situations.

Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance is automatically added to all orders, by default. While it is optional, Removing it means you accept full responsibility for any delivery issues caused by carrier error, delay, damage, or any other shipping issues.

Coverage includes:

  • One qualifying reshipment of lost, delayed, or damaged items/package (same shipping method)
  • Full replacement for insured orders
  • For insured international orders: replacement product + up to $30 shipping credit

Insurance does not cover:

  • Packages with incorrect or incomplete addresses, or where tracking shows it was delivered to the correct address.
  • Packages stolen after delivery or products that spoil after the package was delivered
  • Unclaimed deliveries
  • Customs delays or international import issues

Claims must be filed within 3 days of delivery (or expected delivery). Email info@spiritvisions.us with your name, order number, photos, and description. If no reply within 24 hours, contact SpiritVisionsMarket@gmail.com (in case your first message went to spam etc).

Free & Priority Shipping

  • Free Economy Shipping: Orders over $100 ($122 during holiday periods) [U.S. only] qualify for free USPS economy shipping (2–7 business days).
  • Free Priority + Rush Fulfillment: Orders $133+ ($166 during holiday periods) qualify for free USPS Priority (2–3 day) shipping and same-day fulfillment if placed by 12 PM Central, Mon–Fri. [U.S. only]

Exceptions: weekends, holidays, made-to-order items, non-card payments, or extenuating circumstances.

UPS/DHL and international orders do not qualify for same-day fulfillment.

Fulfillment vs. Shipping Time

Please note that purchasing a faster shipping method (e.g. Priority, Express, or Next Day Air) does not guarantee faster fulfillment.

Fulfillment time (how quickly we pack and hand off your order) and shipping time (the carrier’s delivery speed) are two separate processes that operate independently.

For example, selecting “Next Day Air” does not guarantee next-day delivery — it means your package will be delivered within one business day after it ships.

Standard Shipping

Orders under $100 typically ship within one business day via USPS First Class Mail (2–7 day delivery), unless the customer chooses to upgrade their shipping selection.

Spirit Visions may change your shipping at our discretion if necessary.

Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and not guaranteed.

High-Value Orders

Orders over $500 may require signature and/or ID verification at delivery for your protection.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide with UPS (Monday–Friday) and DHL (once weekly, typically Thursday or Friday). DHL is our fastest and most reliable option for international orders, while UPS provides a good alternative with more frequent shipping due to our closer drop-off locations.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import fees, or local regulations. Spirit Visions is not responsible for customs delays or seized packages.

Know your country’s import laws before ordering.

Guaranteed Delivery Times

The "delivery times" shown during checkout are estimates provided by the respective shipping companies, and are not guaranteed by Spirit Visions.

The only delivery method offering a Delivery time guarantee is UPS Next Day Air.

If your UPS Next Day Air package does not arrive within 48 hours after we ship it, we’ll reship or refund shipping cost if your package is insured.

Returned / Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to customer error (wrong address, refusal, postal error, etc.), it may be reshipped at the customer’s expense, or at our expense if the situation is covered by shipping insurance.

If returned due to carrier error, we’ll cover reshipment only if insured.

If refrigeration-sensitive items are spoiled during transit due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, Spirit Visions is not responsible unless insured.

If no response is received within 10 days of contact, the case will be considered closed.

Making an Insurance Claim

1. Contact info@spiritvisions.us with your full name, order number, description, and photos.

2. File within 3 days of completed delivery (or expected delivery date).

3. Damage: include photos of outer box before opening and any internal damage.

4. Lost/Delayed/ Mis-delivered: file a claim with USPS or UPS first, requesting GPS delivery coordinates, then forward your case to us. You must provide the GPS delivery data report before we can proceed. This must be completed within 7 days of the customers initial request for an insurance claim, or all claims are void.

5. Follow up if you don't hear back within 24hrs.

Reshipment timeframes:

For all insured packages, Spirit Visions will initiate a reshipment 14 days after the projected delivery date if the original package has not arrived.

Exception:

  • UPS Next Day Air — If your package has not been delivered within 48 hours of shipment, we will initiate a reshipment or refund the shipping cost.
  • International: 20 days after projected delivery date if the original package has not arrived.

If the original order arrives after reshipment, you must return it or pay for the duplicate order.
