When you pack it with snuff, it falls inside flawlessly without tapping. Please inspect your applicator immediately upon delivery. Any damage must be reported within 3 days of tracking showing “delivered.” Due to their handmade nature, these tools are not eligible for replacement or refund if breakage is reported after this window.

Each applicator is carefully inspected at the time of packaging and documented on video to verify its condition prior to shipment. This documentation will be attached to your order for reference. Due to the delicate and one-of-a-kind nature of these handcrafted pieces, we cannot offer replacements for breakage resulting from mishandling after delivery. If your package arrives visibly damaged, it must be photographed and documented before opening in order to qualify for a shipping insurance claim.
