Applies to Small Size (1/8 fl. oz. / 3ml) bottles purchased at full price, whether individually or as part of a kit, sampler, or bundle.

First-time customers may request a refund for one bottle — no return necessary.

For refunds on multiple bottles (up to 3 bottles on first order, or 15% of hapé purchase history for returning customers), the remaining hapé must be returned, with no more than half used per bottle.

Requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the package being marked "delivered."

Refunds are issued only for the value of the product(s) — shipping and insurance costs are not refundable.

For returns, you are responsible for return shipping.

We must receive the returned items before we can initiate any refund. Regular shipping and refund policies apply.

Refunds will not be issued for reasons unrelated to product quality (such as bottle size, or price), or for item purchased on sales or with discount codes.

Our Small Size bottles are priced higher relative to volume because they require the same labor-intensive process as our larger sizes — including blending, hand-filling, sealing, labeling and packaging.
