So far, I have only tried the lavender hape, and the apurina. Both are similar in gentleness, but the lavender has a more pleasant smell to me, and is a little stronger in effects. Apurina is great for settling in peace and narrowing the mind's eye into what you need to focus on. Can't wait to try out the rest of my order, just been taking it slow, one at a time spaced apart, and only when I am mentally ready.

This is the first time I ever tried anything like this. It's an amazing experience. I was a little surprised at the burning in my eyes. I had expected it, but feeling it was a little intense.
