This is one of the first Hapé blends I have had since my first Ayahuasca ceremony. I found that it was great for focus and stress relief. This blend was quite strong when compared to the Lavender, Blue Lotus, and Hive Mind Propolis blends, which is why I enjoyed it so much.
This is an incredible option for those who are sitting with hapé as a consistent spiritual practice. I spent some time sitting with each medicine and writing out a manual for myself that includes the medicine, the tribe, the intention and traditional use for the medicine, and then the experience I had in sitting with each for the first time. It has supported me in knowing which to sit with depending on what's needed. Now, I know generally which medicines I resonate with most, so I really recommend this as a powerful step in personal discovery.

This is my favorite mint Hape. It adds such a refreshing cool sensation to any other Hape it’s mixed with but also great by itself. Although it is strong and intense so I find it more enjoyable to mix it with another.
Sooo lovely and definitely my favorite. I got a small size but will definitely get a larger size next time. I even tried a different blue lotus hapé in Peru and it just wasn’t the same. The blue lotus hapé from spirit visions is so connective and meditative and truly feels like an uplifting spiritual experience; something I haven’t had with hapé in a long time.
I recommend this to everyone because it is such a beautiful and unique medicine. I first got it because I was curious and had heard of it from another singer. Since I’m a singer I wanted to see if it would open up my voice, but I found that the tingling sensation helped me anchor into the present moment in a meditative state. I look forward to purchasing another bottle, as it helped with stress and digestion as well

My aspiration with this strong hapé is conscious immersion in both hives starting with the luminous golden walls of my heart hive.
