Bought this a couple of weeks ago as I use different Hape’ during my personal breathwork sessions. (I’m a certified breathwork guide) This is definitely among my favorites as I settle into the breath. For me it takes a few minutes to kick in, but once it does it helps get me into a deep meditative state prior to the rhythmic breathing part of my sessions serving to help me go deeper and beyond. Hard to describe the feeling but wow! Lol. (I can’t wait for the Mariposa to come out!!)
