Your package tracking shows as delivered to the address you provided. In situations like this, our policy requires the customer to obtain the GPS delivery report from USPS before any claim can be processed. This step is clearly stated in the policy that you agreed to when you checked out with insurance.
We were fully willing to help you, we freely offered extending the deadline for receiving this document, and even offered to investigate the GPS scan ourselves if you preferred, although that could take several days due to busy holiday schedule. You chose not to complete the required step, despite communicating about it for over a week, and that made it impossible for us to move forward. This process exists for a reason. In the past, we had a customer who repeatedly claimed non-delivery despite tracking showing successful deliveries every time. After discovering this pattern, we had to tighten our policies so that our small business and our honest customers were protected.
I also want to clarify that this situation is not about greed. It is about having a simple, common sense process that keeps our in-house insurance fair and sustainable for everyone. Our customers expect us to keep our word and follow our policies, and we believe it is only fair that we all hold each other to the same standard. When a package is marked as delivered, the GPS delivery report is required before we can take the next step. This protects both our customers and our business and allows us to continue offering insurance that is fast, affordable, and easy to understand.
Despite all of this, we still offered to go beyond our terms to help you. You declined to follow the required step and then left a one star review less than twenty four hours later. At that point, it became clear that we were behaving appropriately by following the policy rather than making exceptions that would compromise fairness for everyone else.

I’ve tried a few different Hapes and nothing has really worked for me. I am new to this so I was a little skeptical. I’m thinking maybe I need something strong to reach inside me. I tried this Blue Lotus and was so gentle . It took me back to my roots as a child and how innocent I was then. I felt so good. I started crying which I haven’t been able to do in a long time
