Sea Lion Tooth Shipibo Kuripe

These stunning kuripes are handcrafted from rich, dark Chonta wood and wrapped with vibrant woven accents inspired by traditional Shipibo artistry. Each piece features a sustainably and ethically harvested Sea Lion tooth centerpiece, beautifully adorned with Tiger’s Eye stone inlay, metal detailing, and a genuine Ayahuasca vine inlay precisely fitted into the tooth itself.
Finished with colorful sections of Shipibo tapestry and tightly waxed cord wrapping, these applicators carry a powerful blend of Amazonian craftsmanship, tribal symbolism, and natural beauty.
Tiger’s Eye has long been associated with grounding, focus, confidence, and protection, making it a fitting companion for ceremonial work and intentional practice.
Because each kuripe is individually handmade, every piece carries its own unique variation in colors, patterns, and details. Your applicator will be intuitively chosen at random, ensuring that no two are exactly alike.
Crafted with care, intention, and respect for the materials and traditions they come from.
🖐️ Handmade & One-of-a-Kind
Each applicator is handmade using traditional methods. While the overall design is consistent, every piece is one-of-a-kind and may vary slightly in color, size, markings, geometry, or airflow. These subtle differences do not affect function and are part of the item’s authentic character. If you’d like to choose your exact piece, email us before ordering at info@spiritvisions.us.
⚠️ Warranty & Care Guidelines
Please inspect your applicator immediately upon delivery. Any damage must be reported within 3 days of tracking showing “delivered.” Due to their handmade nature, these tools are not eligible for replacement or refund if breakage is reported after this window.
Care Tips - Sacred tools require mindful attention
-
Handle with care — avoid dropping, impact, pressure, or twisting (stone, wood, and resin may crack).
-
Wipe exterior with light alcohol. Do not soak, use harsh chemicals, or water.
-
For internal cleaning, use a Q-tip with alcohol.
-
Store away from sunlight. Use a padded pouch or secure case during travel.
🌀 The Energetics of Breakage
In many traditional lineages, applicators are not just physical tools — they are energetic conduits for carrying, transmuting, and releasing emotional and spiritual energy. If an applicator breaks unexpectedly, it may signify completion: the tool may have absorbed dense energy, fulfilled its healing role, or shielded you in ways unseen. Breakage, in this light, is not a defect — it’s a message. A transition. A release.
Treat these sacred tools with reverence. As with the medicines themselves, they carry wisdom meant to be experienced.
