I adjusted the dose a couple of times to find the “sweet spot” for me…delighted with the support this plant medicine brings! I was very happy to see a single unit of this hapé available for purchase, as it had previously been unavailable. (Photo shows the fabulous new packaging!)
I have loved rapeh for many years! I love trying new blends, so I ordered two small sizes this last order: Nutmeg and Cumã. Both are very nice! I'm a bit of an insomniac and the Nutmeg is very relaxing and grounding. I will be ordering a larger size next time! Also, the small samples that arrived with the order were so thoughtful - like getting a little gift.
This hapeh is very cleansing and helps when my mental or spiritual energies are dragging. I feel it strongly in my third eye and crown!
Amongst many other unique qualities, this offering by the Yawanawa tribe, a mix of Nutmeg and Cumaru, may serve as a useful aid for inflammation. Anything that helps reduce or eliminate inflammation, a leading precursor of myriad dis-ease, is a friend of mine!
This is my new favorite! What a great combo of warming, clearing, activating, and grounding. I really feel a circulatory system boost after working with this hapé.
I like it. I've only used it once so far, but it had a very balancing, warming effect, and although I read that it may burn a little more than other hapes, it didn't cause me any discomfort. I would recommend it to others!
