We know how frustrating a lost package can be! Unfortunately, there were multiple policy violations with your order which prevent us from being able to further help you with this issue. Since you waited 26 days after your order was delivered before you reached out for assistance, the USPS time frame for successfull location your package (considering that the tracking information shows a successful delivery to the correct address) has passed. Our policies state that these claims should be initiated within 1 week, and almost 3 weeks after the deadline is beyond what we can acommodate in this situation.

Jurema Preta and the new Niaré are two of my favorite blends; strong, grounding, focus inducing, humbling.
